Job Overview: The Temporal worker will assist in the reception of the drivers, record capturing, GRNing, and communicating to the farmers through our Banq App.

Job Description:

• Responsible for general and overall barley intake process
• Responsible for weighing barley trucks and assisting in the collection of barley samples from each truck.
• Responsible for accurate delivery capturing and updating the login book.
• Responsible for GRNing barley receipt and submitting to Finance for payment process
• Responsible for manning the Banq App and communicate to the Agriculture Manager and the farmers.
• Responsible for supervising barley intake analysis and offloading process.
• Responsible for compiling daily barley intake report and updating the stakeholders
• Ensuring a clean and safe working environment both at the weighbridge and in the barley lab.
• Participate and practice Safety at all time
• Adhere to all instructions and willing to do other tack given within this role.

Minimum qualifications

• Grade twelve (12) school certificate
• Certificate/diploma in Secretariat or any business qualification
• One year and above work experience in a very busy environment.
• Computer literacy
• Someone who has used banking or procurement app, knowledge in FlowCentric, Syspro or Banq will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work long hours, weekends and awkward time
