All subsequent interactions between the jobseeker and the recruiter are the responsibility of the jobseeker, and Findershub assumes no obligation in this regard. The jobseeker shall indemnify Findershubagainst any losses incurred as a result of the situation.

Recruiters and Employers

Employers and recruiters realize that our job board serves merely as a platform and does not typically connect or introduce job searchers to recruiters or recruiters to job seekers.

We can not promise that advertising will receive a response or that those who respond will be qualified for the position posted. We assume no responsibility or obligation for the information posted by job seekers on our site, and we expect recruiters to carry out all necessary verification processes.

All future transactions between the employer/recruiter and any job seeker in connection with the job seeker's answer to a job advertising are solely the responsibility of the employer/recruiter, and Findershub assumes no obligation in this regard.

Employers and recruiters undertake to treat persons who reply to an advertising you have posted fairly and professionally, and to refrain from doing anything that may bring Findershub into shame. Findershub will be compensated for any damages incurred as a result of the employer/actions.

Advertisements that appear to discriminate on the basis of gender, color, or disability are prohibited and may result in legal action against both the advertiser and the publication. Findersub accepts advertisements on the condition that the advertiser guarantees that any criteria or qualification that seems to discriminate illegally is in accordance with any exception available under the applicable laws. Regardless of this confirmation, if we believe that an advertisement may be discriminatory, we may, at our discretion, amend the advertisement or remove it from our website without liability to you for any refund of amounts paid or due to be paid in relation to the posting or otherwise and will notify you accordingly.

Our database of registered job seekers can only be searched or browsed for recruiting reasons. It is illegal to use this service for marketing or direct selling to applicants. Finders-hub owns all database rights, as well as any other related copyright and intellectual property rights.

You undertake not to give, sell, or license content from the candidate database, or a copy of it, to any other person, including another member of your group of companies, or to access our candidate database from a system that lacks current AntiVirus software.

Passwords are just for the person to whom they are given. You are entirely responsible for the security and correct use of your password,
which should be kept private at all times and not shared to anybody. If you suspect your password has been compromised or is being used in an illegal manner, you must tell us immediately. We will not be held liable for any unauthorized or improper use or disclosure of a password.

By posting or submitting a position on our job board, you allow Finders-hub and its authorized representatives and/or agents permission to use, copy, and adapt the content supplied.

Finders retains the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to close any account at any time and for any reason.
