Job Description

We are looking for five dynamic and hands-on Site Engineers to oversee the planning, execution, and quality control of our construction projects. You will be the technical authority on-site, ensuring that engineering designs are implemented correctly, safely, and efficiently. This is a field-based role requiring strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor construction work, ensuring compliance with design drawings, specifications, and building codes.

• Conduct site surveys, set out sites, and organize technical and laboratory tests.

• Coordinate and direct subcontractors and laborers, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

• Resolve technical issues on-site and liaise with design teams for solutions.

• Maintain detailed site records, including daily reports, progress photos, and as-built drawings.

• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 8–10 years of site engineering experience on medium to large-scale construction projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

• Professional registration (e.g., PE, CEng, or local engineering license) is a strong advantage.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.

• Demonstrated leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Must be able to read and interpret complex structural and architectural drawings.
