Job description:
Overall Job Purpose
To ensure full accountability for all Planned Component Rebuild Stock and maintain highest possible standard of housekeeping and safety in keeping with Company Safety Rules and Standards.
To provide excellent service to end-users.
Specific Job Responsibility
Ensure that the provided planned works orders for PCR parts are prepared and dispatched.
Pick and dispatch stock items.
Ensure the best storage and handling of warehouse goods
Ensure that all stock movements are recorded and controlled in an accurate manner.
Ensure all issue documentation is signed off and accurate records maintained.
Maintain a safe and clean environment.
Control and secure inventory; including warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet stacker, hand trucks)
Ensure all received items from put away are binned in their respective bin locations.
Take part in the cycle count/stock take process.
To ensure bin locations for new stock codes are updated in the system.
Any other tasks as may be delegated upon by the supervisor.
Job Specific Competencies
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
Knowledge of ERP systems. (Pronto/SAP or similar ERP system is an added advantage)
Knowledge of basic health and safety

Essential
At least 1 year experience in a similar position
Knowledge of Mobile Mining Equipment i.e. Dump Trucks, Dozers, Excavators, Shovels, Drills etc.
Qualifications
Preferred
Grade 12 Certificate
CIPS Advanced Certificate (Level 3) or equivalent (minimum)
