Job Description

Our client, a leading beverage manufacturer in Zambia, is seeking ambitious individuals to fill the following vacancy.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure shelves are fully stocked and products are attractively displayed.
Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
Implement promotional displays and marketing campaigns in stores.
Collect market intelligence on competitor activities and customer preferences.
Maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.
Provide feedback to management on product performance and customer insights.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or certificate in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
Previous experience in merchandising, sales, or retail operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple store visits.
Attention to detail and a passion for customer satisfaction.
