A company in the consulting industry is looking to hire a recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or Public Administration to fill up the position of Marketing Executive. In this position you will be involved in developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports.

To ensure success as a Marketing Executive, the ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to client queries about service specifications and uses.
• Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
• Conducting market research on rival products.
• Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
• Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
• Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
• Act as a company liaison between client, bankers, and other stakeholders.
• Flexible work schedule: 2-3 days in a week

The desired candidate shall:

• Possess a full Grade 12 Certificate
• Be a recent graduate with a diploma in Marketing, Business, Public Administration, Public Relations, or related field and no more than 2 years’ experience.
• Be aged between 21-25
• Have knowledge of modern marketing techniques
• Possess high-level communication and networking skills.
• Have understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Have the ability to work well under pressure.
• Have access to smart phone
• Be based in Lusaka
