Overview
SPRY Consult Limited is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to support our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the importation, movement of materials, equipment, and tools to field teams, while maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring efficient delivery processes.

This role requires a fast learner with basic technical understanding, particularly in handling electronic hardware and equipment used in engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement, storage, and dispatch of materials and equipment
• Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock records
• Prepare and track shipments to field engineers and project sites
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods and materials
• Ensure proper handling and organization of technical equipment
• Support project teams by ensuring timely availability of required materials
• Maintain logistics documentation and reporting
• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field from a recognized institution
• Minimum of one (1) year work experience in logistics, stores, or operations
• Valid and clean driver’s license (mandatory)
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to technical environments

Added Advantages

• Basic knowledge of electronic hardware or technical equipment
• Experience of handling engineering related materials
• Good understanding of inventory systems and stock control
• Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision
