Our client, a dynamic and growing company, is looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and coordinate their supply chain and transportation operations. You will play a key role in ensuring goods are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and monitor the entire logistics cycle, from procurement and warehousing to transportation and final delivery.

• Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Negotiate contracts and rates with carriers and service providers to optimise costs.

• Track shipments and manage any delays or issues that arise during transit.

• Ensure all logistics activities comply with local laws, regulations, and safety standards.

• Analyse logistics data to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.

• Prepare and manage the logistics budget and regular performance reports.

• Lead and develop the logistics team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Logistics Manager, Transport Manager, or in a similar senior logistics role.

• In-depth knowledge of supply chain management, transportation, and customs procedures.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.

• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office.

• A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• A clean driving licence.
