Job Description

The key responsibilities for this role include but not limited to the following:

• Implements Product Roadmap for assigned services;
• Monitors Competitor activities in media and sponsorship and makes recommendations for action;
• Monitor product performance and recommend growth interventions and promotions;
• Implements product strategies in line with the group expectations to ensure consistency with group guidelines;
• Manages relationships with Product partners;
• Formulates Go To Market Strategies for all product launches;
• Drafts and builds performance reports to aid Senior Management decision making;
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines for product and service launches;
• Supports billing and revenue assurance for all products within portfolio;
• Ensures adequate training for all products that are launched;
• Ensures fluid communication with internal and external stakeholders;
• Ensures consistent growth in active subscribers and revenue.

Candidate Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate with 5 credits or better of which English and Mathematics are a must;
• Degree in Computer studies/ Business/Marketing or other business-related field;
• 3 years hands-on experience in telecoms industry, Business Analysis, Project Management, Relationship management, Knowledge of Mobile Data and ISP Products an added advantage, Written and verbal communication skills;
• Time management, specifically the ability to prioritise;
• Presentation skills.
