Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a candidate with a solid academic foundation and at least one (1) year of practical experience, who is eager to develop skills across solar installations, electrical installations, designs and broader infrastructure projects including plumbing and construction supervision.

This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary role requiring initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-evolving technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the assessment, design, planning, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical, plumbing and solar power systems
• Business Development, Support deployment and management
• Supervise and coordinate site activities including electrical, plumbing and construction works
• Conduct site assessments, inspections, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and engineering best practices
• Work independently and manage assigned tasks with minimal supervision
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting when required

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university
• Minimum of one (1) year relevant work experience
• Valid and clean driver’s license
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt across multiple technical disciplines
• Ability to work both independently and within a team

Added Advantages

• Knowledge of solar energy systems and installations
• Familiarity with software systems and basic programming or configuration
• Strong hardware and systems understanding
• Exposure to construction and/or plumbing project supervision
• Self-driven with good problem-solving skills
