CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP OFFICERS

Reporting to: Branch Manager

Vision Fund Zambia (VFZ seeks to recruit qualified candidates who are motivated and result oriented to fill the positions of:

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP OFFICERS – KASAMA, LUWINGU, MBALA AND MPIKA

PURPOSE:

The Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for the mobilization of clients and facilitation of the formation of self-selecting solidarity groups, community banks and individuals, retention of credit in the institution, training of group members before and after loan disbursements, maintenance of active and quality portfolio, effective and efficient management of financial and other resources, giving input and feedback on program development and design and monitoring portfolio at risk on a daily basis.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certificate or Diploma in Banking & Finance, Agriculture, Business Administration, or any related field
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience in Microfinance Industry.
• Good research, analytic and report writing skills;
• Ability to conceptualize and evaluate new ideas and new business opportunities.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Good computer appreciation skills.
• Able to stand above denominational diversities.
• Attends and participates in the leadership of daily devotions

Working Environment / Conditions:

• Office environment: typical office based 40% and Branch field Visit 60%
