Are you a detail-oriented financial professional with a passion for cost analysis and strategic financial management? We are seeking a skilled Cost Analysis Accountant to join our dynamic team at. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing costs, preparing budgets, and providing critical financial insights to support decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough cost analysis to identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data related to operational costs and budgets.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including variance analysis and budget vs. actual performance.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of project cost accounting systems.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and other departments to streamline cost-related processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/CA (Z)/CIMA
• Proven 5 years experience as a Cost Analyst or in a similar financial role.
• In-depth knowledge of cost accounting principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across various departments.
• Strategic thinking and ability to contribute to organizational goals.
