BRAND MARKETING MANAGER – HEAD OFFICE (01)

The Required Skills for this Role Include:

•  Supporting the planning and execution of the overall Marketing strategy
•  Supporting the planning and execution of market research studies to gain market and consumer insights
• Sound management of the Marketing budget
• Management and execution of all branding-building initiatives which include trade/corporate events, product launches, and sponsorship
• Supporting the development of the brand portfolio across the Zambeef Divisions
• Managing all branding requirements within the Group through its various Retail channels i.e. Macros, Zambeef Outlets and other Retail supermarkets
• Supporting the planning and execution of all brand and product marketing campaigns
• Staying abreast of marketing trends and best practices in the industry
• Working in close collaboration with internal stakeholders to aid in the successful delivery of Zambeef’s Marketing agenda

The Required Qualifications are:

•  Grade 12 Certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any Business-related field
• At least 5 years of experience
• Experience in international organisations within FMCG industry is a plus
• Must be a member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing
