Position Overview: As a Beverage and Brewing Attendant, you will be an integral part of our production team, responsible for supporting various aspects of the brewing and beverage production process. From assisting with equipment operation to maintaining cleanliness and ensuring product quality, you'll play a crucial role in helping us deliver top-notch beverages to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Support:

• Assist with the operation of brewing and beverage production equipment, including filling, labeling, and packaging machines.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure the efficient and safe production of beverages.
• Monitor production processes and assist in troubleshooting equipment issues as needed.

2. Quality Assurance:

• Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Assist in maintaining accurate production records and documentation, including batch records and quality control logs.
• Participate in sensory evaluations to assess product quality and identify any deviations from standards.

3. Inventory Management:

• Assist in managing inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Perform stock rotation and ensure proper storage of materials to prevent spoilage or damage.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and reconciliations to maintain accurate inventory records.

4. Sanitation and Safety:

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production areas, equipment, and tools according to company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Report any safety hazards, incidents, or near misses to the appropriate personnel promptly.

5. Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with other team members, including brewers, packaging operators, and quality assurance technicians, to achieve production goals and targets.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
• Support cross-training initiatives to develop skills and knowledge across different areas of production.

Qualifications:

• Food production or equivalent is preferred. Additional technical training or certification in a related field or equivalent is desired; additional education or qualification in brewing, food science, or related fields is a plus.
• Previous experience in a production environment, preferably within the beverage, brewing, or food industry.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and tasks
