Job Description

Salary: K8,000.00

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily bakery operations and staff
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Train, mentor, and motivate staff members
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred
Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a bakery or food service setting
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
