Job Description

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advocate of the High Court with experience in litigation and corporate law
  • LLB degree with a solid academic transcript
  • LLM in dispute resolution or commercial law or that related fields will be an added advantage
  • Transactional and corporate experience

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Attending to consultations with clients
  • Undertaking legal research on various clients’ commercial matters
  • Drafting court documents, including opinions, letters and memoranda
  • Drafting commercial agreements and other transaction-related ancillary documents and agreements
  • Drafting and reviewing employment contracts and employment policies
  • Representing the firm’s clients in courts of law and tribunals as well as other dispute resolution forums
