Duties of the cook are as follows; but not limited to
Maintain working area at all times by ensuring you clean it as you work
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times
Help in parking and serving of food
Help reduce any waste, spillage or spoilage that may occur in the kitchen and support the chef in preparation.
Adhere to site regulations on safety, health and the environment
Minimum Qualifications
Grade 12 Certificate
1 year experience in similar role
Diploma in food production and hospitality
