Our client's Legal and Corporate Affairs Department is seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced Administrative Support Personnel to provide administrative assistance and ensure the smooth running of departmental operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Legal and Corporate Affairs team.
Manage departmental correspondence, filing systems, and document control.
Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and coordinate appointments.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and legal documentation.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required.
