EuroZambezi (EZI) Investment Limited was formed in July 2019 with an investment of European equipment (Eurotek) into Zambia for auto fitment services. We now have a new purpose – built auto fitment service centre equipped with high tech Eurotek equipment. We are currently expanding by developing other services such as tour operations, secretarial services, passenger transport and management consultancy. This auto fitment service specialises in wheel balancing, alignment, tyres and computerised engine diagnostics services catering for customers in the neighbouring townships/suburbs such as Kabulonga, Mtendere, Helen Kaunda, Kalingalinga and Mass media areas. Job Summary:
To be responsible for assisting the manager/ director and the team with sales and accounting duties this will vary significantly as the business grows or expands. The work of the post holder will include basic book-keeping activities, sales, secretarial services, purchase ledgers, staff payroll, taxes and keeping correct records of income and expenditure. Evidence of good practical IT skills, a sound knowledge and an understanding of accounting and sales are prerequisites of the post and you will be expected to demonstrate this at interview and in the course of your probation.
The successful applicant will have some direct contact with a variety of customers and visitors especially from government regulatory organisations and suppliers and marketing, so a good standard of written and spoken English, communication and customer care skills are essential. Applicants should have an adaptable, flexible approach to work and be able to demonstrate they can work very well within a team as well as being able to use their own initiative.
