The University seeks to recruit suitably qualified individuals for the position of Academic Operations Officer.
Roles and Responsibilities;
1. To assist in administrative duties for undergraduates and postgraduates, areas allocated by the Head of Department and reviewed from time to time by the Head of Department.
2. To ensure attendance schedules, progress reports, time-tables, log books are ordered in line with TAU operation procedures in procurement.
3. To assist maintaining records to monitor student progress, achievement and attendance.
4. To assist in preparation of departmental, student and faculty seminars aimed at sharing research outcomes and building interdisciplinary collaboration within and outside the department.
6. Assist with data entry and analysis under the supervision of the Head of Department.
Academic Qualifications;
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or any related field. A Masters Degree will be an added advantage.
Experience;
2 – 4 years experience in a similar role.
