Job purpose;

To assist all the academic activities involved with Heads of Departments and Deans.

Responsibilities;

monitor And Coordinate All The Departmental Activities With The Support Of Academic Managers, Academic Coordinators And Student Coordinators.

Developing The Curriculum Frame Work And Structure Of Coursework Handbook

Provide Guidance To Academic Managers In Approving Academic Calendar

To Check And Approve Course And Student Enrollment In Erp Every Week

Review And Approve The Noc For Students In Academic Part Within 2 Days Of Enabling

Monitor If All The Question Papers Are Available Prior To Exam, At Least 10 Days Prior To The Examination

Monitor The Re-sit And Reschedule Exams That Are Conducted

Ensure That The Academic Managers Are Checking The Mark Entries And Approval Of The Same In The Erp – Within 2 Days After Entry

Ensure Academic Council Meetings, Board Of Studies Meetings And Pac Meetings Are Happening As Per The Schedules- Once In 4 Months

Ensure The Specialty Committees Are Formed And Active (Pg Programs Only)

Monitor If The Fsi Sessions Are Conducted For All The Programs (Only For Rcp Programs)

Coordinating And Monitoring The Teaching And Learning Activities

Students;

Check If The Academic Requirements Are Given To The Students In Advance

To Ensure That All Students Submit The Academic Requirements As Stipulated In The Curriculum And As Well As Participate In The Forum.

To Monitor The Conduct Of Online Classes, Webinar, Etc…

To Monitor The Conduct Of Post Graduation Evaluation Meeting

Educational Qualification;

Bachelors Degree in Business Management and administration or equivalent.
Masters Degree an added advantage.

Experience;

2 – 4 years experience in a similar role.
