    With more than 17 years of corporate experience spanning banking, human resources, administration, leadership development, employee relations, and organizational transformation, Monde has become a respected voice in Zambia's human capital landscape. Her philosophy is simple yet powerful:

    This belief has shaped her professional journey and inspired her mission to make strategic change management more human, purposeful, and impactful.

    Building a Career Through People and Purpose

    Monde's professional journey began in the banking sector, where she joined Investrust Bank Plc as a Data Entry Intern in 2006. This experience laid the foundation for a career rooted in operational excellence, customer service, and organizational effectiveness.

    In 2008, she joined First Alliance Bank Zambia, where she spent nearly 15 years serving in various capacities. Starting in Bank Operations, she gained extensive experience in customer service, operational management, compliance, and business processes. Her commitment to excellence and people-centered leadership saw her transition into Human Resource and Administration roles, ultimately serving as Human Resource and Administration Supervisor and later as Acting Human Resource Manager.

    These experiences provided her with a unique perspective on both the operational and human dimensions of business success, enabling her to bridge the gap between strategy and execution.

    Leading Human Capital Transformation

    Today, Monde serves as the Country Head – Human Resource and Administration for Umoja Microfinance International Zambia. In this role, she leads the organization's human resource strategy and administration function, driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and workplace culture.

    Her work focuses on ensuring that business objectives are achieved through empowered people, strong leadership, and sustainable organizational practices.
